LSAT writing 為什么不計(jì)分？LSAT Writing考什么？

LSAT部分中，writing并不計(jì)分，但也不是個(gè)形式，它的作用，是隨申請(qǐng)?zhí)峤唤o法學(xué)院，排位靠前的法學(xué)院或者認(rèn)真的招生官，或者在標(biāo)化成績(jī)不分伯仲，或者遇到優(yōu)秀學(xué)員他們很難抉擇的時(shí)候，會(huì)看上一看，幫助他們做出更進(jìn)一步的選擇。還有的招生官也會(huì)因?yàn)檫@份writing，來(lái)參照文書(shū)內(nèi)容作者的陳述?？傊?，招生官不是千篇一律的，任何提交申請(qǐng)的內(nèi)容，都需要慎重對(duì)待！

LSAT寫(xiě)作題型

LSAT寫(xiě)作考察的是觀點(diǎn)性題目。題目會(huì)描述做選擇的情景，并要求你在兩種觀點(diǎn)中選擇你支持的一種，并加以闡釋。寫(xiě)作觀點(diǎn)的選擇沒(méi)有對(duì)錯(cuò)之分，考生只需要在寫(xiě)作中展現(xiàn)自己說(shuō)服性寫(xiě)作的技巧，包括良好的邏輯分析能力，語(yǔ)言組織能力，文章組織能力等等。法學(xué)院會(huì)根據(jù)考生的文章考量其是否符合學(xué)習(xí)法學(xué)的條件。

LSAT評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

寫(xiě)作部分并不計(jì)入總分，但是只有完成了寫(xiě)作部分的考試，考生才能拿到LSAT的其他考試成績(jī)。除此之外，考生的寫(xiě)作也會(huì)寄往大學(xué)，作為申請(qǐng)入學(xué)的材料之一。因此，LSAT寫(xiě)作考試還是很重要的。

BLZ Stores, an established men's clothing retailer with a chain of stores in a major metropolitan area, is selecting a plan for expansion. Using the facts below, write an essay in which you argue for one of the following plans over the other based on the following two criteria:

The company wants to increase its profits.

The company wants to ensure its long-term financial stability.

The ‘national plan’: open a larger number of men’s clothing stores throughout the country over a short period of time; would incur considerable debt; could increase profits dramatically; would have severe financial consequences; BLZ is not well-known outside its home area; currently faces increasingly heavy competition in its home region.

The ‘regional plan’: increase the number and size of stores in the company’s home region and upgrade their facilities, product quality and service; increase the prices; local population is growing; BLZ has strong customer loyalty; could continue reliance on known and trusted suppliers.
