Please focus more on why this book made an impact on you and less on the plot/theme of the book itself (we are not looking for a book report).

?? 那么我們到底該如何寫好文書呢?文書該寫什么?
這個問題沒有“正確答案”或“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范文”,但卻有一些建議。
敘述某樣事情時,不應(yīng)該像寫簡歷那樣盤點自己的成就,或是像記流水賬一樣寫下來發(fā)生了什么。招生官希望看到學(xué)生們用生動的語言寫出故事,讓讀者身臨其境地了解申請者的真實感受和思考。
值得反復(fù)強調(diào)的一點是:文書的意義在于讓招生官了解申請者。因此,寫文書時無論如何選題,又做了怎樣的語言處理,都應(yīng)該確保文書是在描述申請者自己。
招生官在閱讀文書時,腦海里設(shè)想的是與這位18歲左右的申請者溝通的真實場面,因此文書中所用的語氣應(yīng)該和本人的個性相符合。如果申請者平時比較活潑開朗,那么在文書中不應(yīng)該使用過于嚴(yán)肅正式的語氣,反之亦然。同樣,不要讓他人多次修改自己的文書——別人可以為此提供建議,但不應(yīng)該改動文書使其與本人脫節(jié)。
文書本身篇幅并不長——不同的題目往往有著不同的字?jǐn)?shù)限制:最短的題目只給出學(xué)生35詞的空間進行敘述,而相比之下較長的題目也不過650詞。
